What changed

  • establishes an ACE-owned cognitive-blue design system derived from the ACE mark;
  • separates brand blue, live cyan, and verified-success green across light, dark, and Atrium surfaces;
  • replaces Atrium's inherited mint/green identity with a cool blue-black command-center palette;
  • turns Opportunities into a first-class decision-opening experience with Signal → Shift → Case readiness;
  • documents the Core/Domain/customer-brand boundary and the domain-neutral Opportunity contract.

Why

Atrium still carried the old green product vocabulary even though Core's underlying tokens were blue. That made ACE look like an HPE-branded surface and left “Opportunities” ambiguous between leads, alerts, cases, and Work.

The new contract makes ACE recognizable across domains while keeping customer-specific branding in private deployment overlays. An Opportunity now means intelligence awaiting a decision—not a lead, task, or autonomous action.

Validation

  • Canvas full suite: 301 passed
  • design token + contrast + Atrium model focus: 26 passed
  • TypeScript and production Vite build: passed
  • desktop and 390px responsive browser inspection: passed, no horizontal overflow or console errors
  • git diff --check: passed

The existing large-bundle Vite warning remains unchanged.
